Sailing World Cup Miami Day 3

Well today was the last day of waking up at the crack of dawn, so we are definitely excited to sleep in tomorrow with a start time of 12pm.  As for the sailing, today was windier than the past two days, same direction and lots of seaweed.  We had some speed issues again in the second race which we think is because we had weeds on our rudder. We were very luck to have “Fuzz,” the new technical director for the US Sailing Team Sperry Top Sider, riding with our coach, Romain, today so we learned a lot about the 470 from a technical standpoint which was pretty cool.  Although the finishes of today were not really what we were looking for, we made a lot of progress with the issues we had yesterday and accomplished the goals we had for the day.  Again, we are excited to race tomorrow.
